用途Usage and specification:

显微硬度计适用于精密机械类的小件、薄件、脆硬件，金属组织及表面加工层、电镀层、相夹杂点的被限定的微小部分进行显微硬度的测定。对被测部分基本没有损伤，具备了极高的测定可靠性。数字显微硬度图象系统，可在细微距离进行精密定位的多点测量、表面处理后的硬化层（氧化层、渗层、涂镀层）深层的测试与分析、是材料研究及质量控制必备的仪器。

Miccro-Hardometer integrating the functions of Optics,mechanics,electricity,computer and dataprocessing software,used broadly in the hardness testing of the metar material and components,especially for the testing of the hardening layer’s depth of the slim metal components by the heat treatment.The micro-hardometer experiment method is the only hardness measuring method which can’t de replaced.

(1)   内置式显微光学系统及光栏，像质清晰。 Built-in optical system and adjustable iris diaphragm with clear image.

(2)   数控电动加、卸载试验力系统，具有良好稳定性、重复性。 NC electric loading and unloading test force system with good stability and repeatability.

(3)   高精度的跟踪定位系统，保证压头和物镜的自动转换。 High accuracy tracking and locating system ensures the automatic changeover of indenter.

(4)   高分辨率的数字式读数目镜。 High resolution digital reading eyepiece.

(5)   数字显示d1,d2,HV,F,保载时间T，试验序号COUNT及状态指示。打印输出具有统计功能。 Digital display d1, d2, HV and F, load holding time T, test serial number COUNT and status indication. Print-out with statistical function.

(6)   轻触薄膜键操作。 Soft touch membrane key operation.

(7)   照明光源亮度PWM调节，自动灭灯保护。 PWM adjustment for illuminated light source brightness, automatic lighting-off protection.

(8)   HV转HRC功能 The function for HV change to HRC, HRA and HB.

(9)   状态和数据记忆。关机或断电，重新打开可恢复原状态。测量免调零。 Status and data memory. Re-switch on may restore original status after shutdown or power failure. Zero adjustment is not necessary for measurement.

(10) 软件自诊断系统，监视仪器正常运行。故障时，代码报警。 Software self-diagnostic system. Normal operation of monitoring instrument. Code alarm is given in case of failure.

(11) 通过光学摄影通道，采用CCD测量和数据处理。 CCD measurement and data processing are adopted through optical filming channel.

(12) 更换努氏压头，可进行努氏硬度HK测量。 If Knoop indenter is changed, Knoop hardness HK measurement can be conducted.

(13) 全数字控制，高可靠性，自动化程度高。 Total numerical control with high reliability and automaticity.

l            32位中文WINDOWS操作环境 ,软件采用中文菜单，标准WINDOWS界面，适用于中文WINDOW98/2000/XP等当前主流 PC操作系统，特别考虑了材料工作者的使用习惯，即使没有计算机及数字图象学的专门知识，也可在几天内使用自如。

l            实时采集、存储、处理、打印硬度图象

l            自动控制平台系统 鼠标驱动 25X25mm移动范围 最小步进距离为0.2μm 平整度不超过0.03mm 两种测量模式  半自动测量  自动测量

*      32 bit Chinese WINDOWS operating environment Software adopts current prevailing PC operation system with Chinese menu, standard WINDOWS interface and suitable for Chinese WINDOWS2000/XP etc. It gives special consideration to the using habit of material workers who will be able to use it freely within several days even if they do not have special knowledge of computer and image.
